HEISCO'S ONGOING PROJECTS OVERVIEW

HEISCO is executing the Kuwait Integrated Digital Field (KWIDF) Jurassic Gas Field TechnicalSupport and Service project in Kuwait for KOC. This project is expected to be completed by Q32029, valued at USD 83.78 million.
Flowlines and Associated Works in West Kuwait Area 2 for KOC, to be completed by Q3 2028, witha contract value of USD 220.26 million.
HEISCO is enhancing safety and SCADA systems for Jurassic Wells in North Kuwait for KOC, withcompletion due in Q2 2028 and a contract worth USD 50.97 million.
The Upgradation of the Gas and Condensate Network at East Kuwait Area-I for KOC is underway,and the scheduled completion is Q1 2028, valued at USD 107.59 million.
In Saudi Arabia, HEISCO is actively engaged in the Qurayyah Expansion CCGT IPP project with TRfor Saudi Electricity Co. and the expected completion is by Q3 2027 and a contract worth USD138.80 million.
The South Kuwait Excavation, Transportation and Remediation (SKETR) project in Kuwait, aconsortium with ZAOPIN for KOC, is valued at USD 185.24 million and scheduled for completion by Q1 2027.
Water Facilities Upgrade for KOC in Kuwait is progressing and is expected to be completed by Q42026, with a value of USD 59.10 million.
HEISCO is developing Debottlenecking Production Facilities at Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia with ENPPI forSaudi Aramco, due by Q4 2026 and valued at USD 66.24 million.
The HEISCO is building two new 11 KV, 10 MW substations in Abdulliah and Dharif Areas for KOC,to be completed by Q4 2026 at USD 19.02 million.
Installation of C3/C4 Refrigeration Units and Storage Tanks at the Juaymah NGL Fractionation Plantin Saudi Arabia is underway with ENPPI for Saudi Aramco, scheduled for Q3 2026, worth USD139.61 million.

The project is valued at USD 285.74 million (Consortium contractvalue: USD 558.65 million) and is scheduled for completion by Q4 2030.
In consortium with MPL, HEISCO is carrying out Boiler Rehabilitation and Control SystemReplacement at Az-Zour South Power and Water Distillation Station for MEW. The project is valuedat USD 204.25 million (Consortium contract value: USD 439.71 million), with completion expectedby Q2 2030.

Periodic Overhauling of KJO Owned four Marine Vessels for Al-Khafji Joint Operations. The USD3.14 million project will be completed by Q3 2027.
Maintenance and repair of Boats and Marine Equipment for the Kuwait Fire with a contract value ofUSD 2.93 million, expected to be completed by Q1 2027.
KNB Marine Construction and Repair for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This project is valued atUSD 18.64 million and is scheduled to be completed by Q2 2025.
Maintenance, Repair, Installation and Supply of Spare Parts for Maritime Patrol Boats for Ministryof Interior (Kuwait Coast Guard), valued at USD 9.32 million and completing by Q2 2025.
Rehabilitation of Marine Unit Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger “Tahreer” for General Company forPorts of Iraq. This project is valued at USD 0.13 and is expected to be completed by Q2 2025.
